OUR FOUNDER

BONTLE HEALTH AND WELLNESS was founded by Bontle Dlamini, a visionary leader dedicated to promoting holistic health and wellness. As the director, Bontle brings a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to the well-being of our clients. Her professional journey began with a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from North West University (Mafikeng Campus) in 2018, driven by her passion to make a difference.

From 2007 to 2010, Bontle worked at Anglo American, where she served as both a Safety Representative and a Woman in Mining Representative. Her dedication to community work led her to establish her first NPO, Community Lovers, in 2017. During her time as a student, she served as a lay counselor, providing clothes and food to those in need in the Mafikeng community. This experience, along with her first community analysis, fueled her passion for community work. Recognizing the socio-economic needs through her community analysis, she registered her first
private company, B PRO Cleaning and Projects (Pty) Ltd, with the aim of economic empowerment. However, financial limitations prevented the realization of this dream.

After completing her studies, Bontle continued her NPO work in collaboration with local Tribal Leadership in Rustenburg in 2019. In 2020, she served as a sub-district supervisor for Childline North West, working on a project by WHO with Childline
South Africa and NACOSA. The programs focused on the development of adolescents and young people. In 2021, she advanced to the role of Programme Coordinator, further honing her leadership and managerial skills.

In 2022, Bontle established her private practice, Bontle Dlamini Social Work Practice, which began operations in August of the same year under B PRO (Pty) Ltd. This journey culminated in the founding of BONTLE HEALTH AND WELLNESS on January 29, 2024. Under her guidance, our company remains a 100% blackfemale-owned business, dedicated to serving and empowering our communities.
